The Brown County Culinary Kitchen is a non-profit collaborative effort among three partnering organizations:  Curative Connections, NWTC Small Business Initiative and Mary Pat Carlson.

What We Offer

We provide not only the kitchen space and commercial equipment, but the help and resources businesses need to start . . . and to grow!

We have found that most interested parties, whether they are an existing business or just have a dream, like to come and tour the kitchen first.  

Contact Mary Pat Carlson, our technical partner, at (920) 421-0995 or BCCK@CurativeConnections.org . She will discuss your project plans, as well as Federal, State and local requirements. If you decide to work with the BCCK team, there is a one time $200 intake fee. Once the intake fee is submitted, Mary Pat will help guide you through the steps to meeting the conditions for obtaining a lecense and meeting the requirements. 

Our kitchen is open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  We utilize an online scheduling system so that you can request time in the kitchen at your convenience.
