The Brown County Culinary Kitchen is a non-profit collaborative effort among Curative Connections, NWTC Small Business Initiative and Mary Pat Carlson - Technical Consultant.

There is a nonrefundable $200 intake fee as well as licensing fees ranging from $75-$2,000 based on your products and process.

One of the biggest obstacles for starting a food-related business is the extremely high cost of setting up a commercially licensed kitchen. The Brown County Culinary Kitchen exists to help you overcome this obstacle by providing a fully equipped, shared-use kitchen that has been inspected and approved for use as a commercial kitchen.

Brown County Culinary Kitchen wants you to build your business on an as-needed basis with minimal start-up costs and low risk!!!

We offer:

  • $15/hr kitchen usage
  • Short-term or long-term usage
  • Commercial stoves, convection oven, refrigerators, freezers, mixer, stainless steel work tables, baker's racks and more
  • 24-hour access
  • On-site manager
  • Technical assistance
  • Business coaching

The Brown County Culinary Kitchen serves the needs of food entrepreneurs in the Northeast Wisconsin area.  We require all users to be licensed and insured.
