The Brown County Culinary Kitchen is a non-profit collaborative effort among NEW Curative Rehabilitation, the Algoma Farm Market Kitchen Incubator, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, and Advance Economic Development of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.

We offer:

  • $15/hr kitchen usage
  • Short-term or long-term usage
  • Classes
  • On-site manager
  • Commercial stoves, convection oven, refrigerators, freezers, mixer, stainless steel work tables, baker's racks and more
  • 24-hour access
  • Dry and cold storage ($25 - $60)
  • Technical assistance
  • Business coaching
  • Classroom space, Internet access

One of the biggest obstacles for starting a food-related business is the extremely high cost of setting up a commercially licensed kitchen. The Brown County Culinary Kitchen exists to help you overcome this obstacle by providing a fully equipped, commercially licensed, shared-use kitchen.
